The Panther Meadows Event has been cancelled
Forest Service Regulations (Order #14-59-39 and CFR261.10k.)
does not allow large groups and/or commercial use
in Panther Meadows, a Historic Site. The cancellation of the City Park
and Castle Lake events are the decision of the Festival organizers.
